Meet at CBC at the Welcome Center at 6:15 to carpool over to the Stewart's house, below are directions just in case you need them.
From CBC take I-71 North toward LaGrange.
Take the SECOND Buckner Exit (Exit 18).
At the end of the ramp take a LEFT.
Go up the hill and come to Commerce Parkway.
Take a RIGHT onto Commerce.
Go about two miles and turn LEFT onto Allen (if you get to the Health Department on the Right you've gone too far) Take a RIGHT onto Artisan Parkway We are the second house on the Right (1005 Artisan)
Info Update -If you are getting ready to go back to school, we will miss you! New this fall -The collegiate ministry is in transition. We are starting a new schedule in the fall! We will be adding a new Sunday school and have both a class at 9:15 and at 12:00 noon with a weekly lunch.
Move in Day @ UofL- Wednesday, August 18th - Help new students move into Miller Dorm where we have our laundry ministry. Meet at CBC at 8:30 to carpool down to move students in from 9-3 PM.
Pancake Breakfast- Saturday, August 21st from 10-11:45. We will partner with the Baptist Campus Ministry to feed 500 students that are new to U of L's campus. Meet at CBC at 7:30am to carpool down to U of L to set up and start cooking.
Campus Bible Study- We will begin teaching a Bible study on campus at Miller Dorm on Tuesday nights beginning Sept 7 from 7-8:30. We need volunteers to provide snacks, and hang out with students consistently. Small Group introduction begins Aug 31 at the BCM. If you would like to provide snacks on a weekly basis or come love on students, please contact Kelly.
Laundry Ministry- Laundry Ministry will kick back into gear on WEDNESDAY, September 1st this year. We are in need of all laundry supplies, donations for the cost of washing the loads and VOLUNTEERS! It is a lot of fun, and it is impacting students that would not set foot in a church. Pray about joining this AMC group at U of L.
Game Day- Saturday, Sept 4th - UK vs UL game at the Patrick's. Mark your calendars.
Passion- We are going to Passion in Atlanta, January 1-4th. Go to www.268generation.com for more information. This is a collegiate conference with over 22,000 students geared to teach us and encourage this generation to Make the Lord Famous. It is a phenomenal conference that you will not want to miss.
